Whirlpool has a 10 minute survey about broadband in Australia. If you care about the internet, download/upload speeds, ISP performance, pricing plans, customer service and the proposed internet filter, take a few minutes to fill it out.

I know, I was most impressed.

I'm going to do the survey again under my brother's name. On reflection I was a little generous about Telstra's performance and reliability. I've tethered my iPhone to type this post because the cable modem keeps dropping connection, third time this week and today's dropout has lasted about an hour compared to a few minutes for the first two.

I just checked the Bigpond Status page, both ADSL and Cable are having problems so that explains it.
